Per Horse  - $625 per month           
                 

Main barn has 10 12’x12’ stalls and 2 12’x14’ stalls, matted with patios, built-in fans. fly spray system, two hot & cold wash racks, two grooming stalls, climate controlled tack room, laundry room, feed room, and full bathroom.

Small barn has 12 stalls, matted (8 with patios), fans on timers, fly spray system, tack room, half bathroom, outdoor wash racks, ample storage in loft

Boarding Includes:
Turnout (Pasture or Paddock), 8-14 hours/day, depending on season weather permitting
Stalls cleaned daily, multiple times if inside during the day
Feedings at (6:30 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. during day turnout) - (7:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m. during night turnout)
Waters checked regularly (buckets cleaned daily)
Mineral blocks (Stalls & Pastures)
Laundry (Saddle Pads, Leg Wraps)
Blanketing (when needed)

Owners provide special feed and supplements - administering up to twice a day included.
